Can we buy à la carte?
Yes, you can buy takeaway or order through Talabat for selected meals. However, we recommend that you go for at least a one week subscription so you can maximize the benefits of Diet Ninja BH healthy meal plan and get huge savings at the same time.
Where are you located?
Our ninja base is located in Riffa. The said base is a fully-equipped kitchen with reception area.
Are you open on weekends?
We only deliver from Saturdays through Thursdays so clients can enjoy Friday food flexibility for healthy meal plans. We give way for cheat day on weekend. Takeaway and Talabat opening hours are 11am - 5:30pm.
How can you meet your daily calorie target?
One approach is to add up the number of calories per serving of all the foods that you eat, and then plan your consumption accordingly.
Diet Ninja BH will provide healthy tasty meals containing ~1,100-1,500 kcal per day for the 2 meals + 1 snack packages to help you achieve your fitness goals. As needed, you can adjust your daily calorie and macronutrient intake through consuming other additional meals within the day.
How many calories a day should I consume to lose weight?
To lose 1 to 2 pounds a week (around 1/2 or 1 kg) — a rate that experts consider safe — your food consumption should provide 500 to 1,000 calories less than your total weight-maintenance calories (current weight in pounds divided by 15 if moderately active). In order to lose at least a pound a week, try to do at least 30 minutes of physical activity on most days, and reduce your daily calorie intake by at least 500 calories.
