Our Ninja Mission is to prepare and deliver Healthy Tasty Meals through our Ninja Way to help achieve your fitness goals. However, the results will vary depending on each individual's body type and other factors. Similar to any other healthy meal providers, we do not make any express or implied claims or guarantees that you will achieve any specific results through our healthy meal plan. 
Particularly if you have a medical condition/certain dietary restrictions, please consult your physician or dietary consultant before subscribing to our healthy meal plan.
Food Handling and Storage
It is ideal to keep the food refrigerated if you are planning to consume it later. It is recommended not to take unconsumed food after 24 hours.
Before consuming, you may reheat your food as needed. 
Once delivered, you are solely responsible for the proper and safe preparation and storage of the meals.
Depending on availability of ingredients and occasion, the menu presented is subject to change or substitution without prior notice.
Our meal plans contain certain calorie count and macros. As needed, you can adjust your daily food intake through consuming other additional meals during the day.
Our kitchen actively stores, prepares, and distributes ingredients that contain major food allergens. While we take proper precautions to reduce the risk of cross-contamination between ingredients and food products, cross-contamination may unintentionally occur during production and transit. If you suspect that you have an allergic reaction or other adverse health event, you should immediately contact your health care provider.
 Payment Mode
Diet Ninja BH accepts full payment via Mastercard, Visa, cash on first day of delivery, and BenefitPay to 37013377 (Diet Ninja BH). Payment instructions will be sent along with the invoice.
Delivery
Our healthy meal plan delivery schedule is from Saturdays through Thursdays. Please contact us on Whatsapp (3701 3377) regarding delivery slot. Any amendment in delivery address needs to be communicated via Whatsapp (3701 3377) with at least 1 day advance notice.
In the case of events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your order, we will attempt to deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible. If timely delivery of your meals is not feasible, we may cancel your meal delivery for the period affected and issue you a credit or refund of the purchase price for that meal delivery.
In the event that the customer does not respond despite reasonable communication efforts from the delivery team and customer service resulting to non-delivery of food within the day, Diet Ninja BH will have to cancel the order without refund or replacement.
Cancellation/Termination and Refunds
Kindly advise us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to cancel delivery for a particular day. A maximum of 5 consecutive days of freeze/pause option on the meal plan is allowed with at least 3 days advance notice. 
Partial pro-rated refund is allowed counting from the next Sunday following the termination of subscription, less 20% non-refundable fixed fee.
Diet Ninja BH reserves the right to cancel the subscription and send a pro-rated refund.

Limitation of liability
Diet Ninja BH will not be liable for any adverse results to customers who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to our meal plan, you agree to use our meals at your own risk.
